Shipping & Returns

Our current turnaround time is 7 business days however orders typically ship sooner. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Canadian orders:

Standard Expedited shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 8 business days within Canada. If you need your package sooner, please select Xpresspost at checkout. The shipping time does not include the 7 business days it may take to process your order. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and may take longer than the estimated shipping time to deliver. If you are located in Canada, start your exchange via the link below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

US & International orders:

Small Packet Air is the most affordable shipping option available, however it does not include tracking. You must select tracked packet if you would like tracking. Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks however this is not guaranteed and may take longer to deliver.

We cannot guarantee you will not be charged duties or customs fees. Duties are determined once the order arrives in the import country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid by you prior to receiving your package. The Sharper Barker is not responsible for any duties or customs fees.

    Please make sure to check our sizing charts when ordering and measure your dog (twice!) to ensure you selected the best size for your dog. We accept exchanges within 14 days if you need a different size. 

    You are responsible for covering the cost of postage to send the item back to us. The product must be unworn (not including tried on), unwashed, hair-free and in resellable condition. Once we confirm the product is in resellable condition, we will ship out the replacement size. The Sharper Barker will cover the shipping cost to ship out the replacement size. Our exchange policy is 14 days from the day you received your order. 

    Some of our items are limited editions and we may not have the size you need in stock. If this happens, you can pick another item in the correct size or we will issue store credit.

    Final sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.
